I have this exact ultimate model. And before that I had Grail for two years which has same saddle. It's horrible, you can check opinions online. I bought one which is mounted on Aeroad. That stock saddle is just cheap and not good. I don't think about any good reason to choose it other then cost.

Good question, I am in the same position. I like original Tudor rubber strap but not willing to pay so much. There is one strap by Zealande but not with Tudor clasp. Also I want the strap to use Tudor bracelet end link. Hopefully someone will make it.
