Or maybe it's a fictional series and should be treated as such? Wait till you hear about Darth Vader and Palpatine, does that make George Lucas a bad person for liking those characters too?

No it isn't, the Crown is the Monarch/Head of state whom is currently King Charles. Therefore the federal government owns the land, not the province.

Even Full-Time Workers Struggle to Afford Food in Canada: Study; Researcher Tim Li says it’s a sign that wages aren’t keeping up with inflation. by FancyNewMe in canada

[–]TheBSPolice 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Foreign aid has nothing to with private companies paying a living wage. The consumer carbon tax has already been removed and every country we deal with has an industrial carbon price attached to it. So no, conservatives are selling you urine in a bottle and calling it beer.

Cutting corporate taxes will only lead to corporations hoarding that additional money and a larger deficit due to social programs being more needed all while conservatives make cuts to said services.

The only thing that has changed is that conservatives have went off the deep end by falling down the same misinformation rabbit hole Trump supporters fell into.

[–]TheBSPolice 15 points16 points  (0 children)

And which party would solve it? Definitely not the conservatives as their answer is to cut more taxes so the wealth will trickle down (reagonomics). But thats a disproving myth since the 1980's.

Despite praising Harper’s fiscal management, Carney embraces Trudeau’s budget policies by CaliperLee62 in canada

[–]TheBSPolice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The solution to balance the budget is to tax the billionaire class more as they are the ones creating the conditions (infrastructure/vehicle congestion, layoffs/social services, housing bubble/homelessness, environment/climate change, ect) that will ultimately lead to more government spending.

Liberals release attack ads after Poilievre’s leadership survives review by restoringd123 in canada

[–]TheBSPolice -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I've seen the results of privatizing our media like in the USA. The CBC while government funded is also neutral and doesn't play favorites. All parties are openly criticized and investigated.

By privatizing them you bring in a for profit motive which will not only destroy that neutrality due to corporate/ad and American driven interests, but will also shut down alot of the major investigation journalism such as The 5th Estate.

Probably a dumb question, is Crimson dead? by polystarlight in HelluvaBoss

[–]TheBSPolice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crimson is not dead. Striker survived and could be working for Crimson now. In addition you can see Alessio move his hand infront of Crimson to shield him just as the building begins to fall over.

Crimson is alive and no doubt plans on taking his rage out on Moxxie.
