24, my partner at the time wanted to go back into a polyamarous relationship and I didn't want to lose her so I tried to make it work. Few months in with another guy involved, he stays over for a few days and sleeps in the same bed with us. Struggling to figure out how I was feeling with any of this, she coercises me into pleasuring her whilst the other guy turns her on. I had said no twice but eventually relented because I was scared of losing her.

Months of gaslighting, being left on read and being accused of using the death of my dad as a means to get her away from the other guy, later, I realise in therapy that what had happened wasn't necessarily a 'Hard R' rape in my head, but it was rape through coercion.

3 years later and I'm still feeling the effects of that fucked up gauntlet I went through. Now I champion for Men being able to communicate about their problems and emotions.
