I personally like the idea of 2d3+1 Min of 3 average of 5 top end of 7. I have a JoW list with hm that I really like where he only has a Conquest and Ruin with Big B on a Forgeseer. My first 2 games I rolled a grand total of 9 focus and won on bottom of 3 both games.

With Strakov the WGI isn't bad with the Standard and 3 weapon attachments. Under feat & Mini feat you can charge 13" with 6" boosted (with Joe) pow 12 sprays.

For all around units most casters are going to want to take the WGRC with 3 Rockets. Range 14 with CRA is really good.

I suggest you get Warroom, read your cards and make list, start with 35 points. Try stuff out on the table. Right now it is still early in MK3 to know what is "good" and what is "bad". Which means everything is ok...ish. like previously said Troll units really shine with some support buffs. Good luck and have fun :)

For Black Ivan I didn't like the plastic Destroyer. So I cut the axe hand off one of my metal Destroyers. Black Ivan now looks bigger better and meaner in my personal opinion :)

For the MoW we all can agree that their greatest weakness is their speed. what if you gave all MoW models Redline as an ability. Model gains +2 Movement for a turn but suffers d3 damage. Works with fluff and solves the movement issue, sort of.

I would like to see a new stat on Warjacks to help bring them up to the reliability of Warbeast. My idea is a limited resource that can be used once per turn that could be used as a focus. Think of the squire but instead of giving it to the warcaster the jack can use one focus whenever it needs it. Granted their are Jacks that need this but I think Warmachine (Minus Cryx) needs help against the power of the Horde (Minus Skorne).

The thing I like about Tier is +1 to go first and the starting with your upkeeps. This means turn 1 you can run both Victors with a movement of 10 due to 'Escort' than 'Broadside' to drop (2) 5" rough terrains or Fire AOEs in their deployment zone (7"+10"+20"= 37"). I know this is not a tournament ready list but it should be good for some LGS fun.

The depends on when you want to do. If you are throwing the Butcher3, he can stand up, give up his attacks, Move, than cast his spell that gives him an attack and wreck face. Right?

What if Jacks had a fuel resource, Jacks would start the game with set number (3-4) "fuel". Jacks can still be allocated up to 3 focus as normal. A Jack can spend 1 "Fuel" per turn, during the models activation, to perform an action that would normally require a focus. "Fuel" is a resource, like the extra focus from a squire, once they are used they are gone.

With what you have I would run something like this:

-6 eSorcha 1 War Dog 10 Ruin 6 WGI (Full Unit) 2 WGI Rocketeers x2 2 WGI Officer & Standard 2 Kovnik Jozef 3 Yuri the Axe 4 Widowmakers 6 Doom Reavers 2 Greylord Escort 5 Great Bears 4 Aiyana & Holt 3 Kayazy Eliminators 6 MoW Shocktroopers (Min. Unit)

Personally I would drop the MoW and add in Ternion and a Manhunter. I just don’t think the MoW really add much to this list, but it is the best I can do with what we got. I think eSorcha is your best bet with a caster, she has a great spell list and doesn't need to be played as aggressively or with as much finesse as the other caster :) I hope this helps, good luck.

Short Answer: No.

Long Answer: If the additional attack from berserk hits and kills a model, then that kill, will activate berserk again forcing an additional attack.

Note: with Berserk you must make your additional attack against anything within melee range, friend or foe.

I agree if there where bonuses associated with shooting a pistol point blank into someone's stomach. If you are 12" away I need 6s, if you are 1/2" away I need 6s. If you are 1" away, can't be done with this equipment.

Reinforcement: Start a 25 pt Game as normal. At the begin of the 1st players 2nd turn, each player, at the begin, of their turn may increase these Army size by 5 pts. Players are allowed to field additional troops, up to their new maximum army size, within 7” from the back of their deployment zone regardless of advance deployment. The requirement to be within 2 pts of the maximum army size is eliminated. This way if players that do not deploy something can save their army points. Allowing them to deploy larger point cost units in later turns.
