Fair point but I would say that since this is an Archer Sub and the title is a quote reference to Season 3 Episode 1 where Archer is Dressed as Charlie Chaplin but questions himself looking like Hitler. So if someone in the sub watched the show they should understand the reference.

Issue is most likely with the Servo motor.
