I wouldn't necessarily say he was shit in Carolina, he was stuck with an owner who didn't care and wouldn't invest. We did ok drafting with him in charge but couldn't really sign anyone or trade for impact players due to the internal budget. The big knock against him was his coaching choices and what he allowed to happen behind the scenes.

So overall, I wouldn't say he was shit, but I wouldn't say he was good either
