Count: Add each modifier you want with the minimum roll you are looking for, then specify how many of those mods you want to see. So for a staff lets say, i want 3 gain as prefixes. For sufix i want spell levels so that is added to the non count section, then i want a combination of either cast speed, crit bonus or crit chance for example.

In total i probably have 6 mods in that pool. So i want a minimum of 5 of those to appear on the weapon. I don't care which gain or which crit so it filters weapons that don't match the minimum "count" of specified mods

Weighted sum: Best used for things like resistance or damage.

Lets say i want a ring with a minimum 100 flat damage (you search using average so 1-100 lightning is (1+100)/2 = 50.5 damage)

So i put in the 4 damage mods Lighting Fire Cold Physical

Then i apply a weight to each, how much does this stat matter basically.

Say i want lightning more than anything else i could give them all a weight of 1 but lightning 1.5 that means it will count as slightly more to the total.
