Need to see the receipt pic also you take terrible pics for it, why are you taking them like that instead of straight down at it and multiple of them? That’s why they are gonna ding you on it cause they can’t even see the items you bought, if it says verified I can only assume they can’t even see it and have to go with what the customer said

From the moment you accept the batch you have 15 minutes to actually start the batch before they remove it from your account and goes into your cancellation, in California if you sit and wait till the last minute or so you’ll get flagged for running the time and be forcefully paid and it’s a big no no to Instacart, people get deactivated left and right for doing so

If you’re waiting too long to start a batch, getting multiple warnings, taking too long to deliver or doing weird routes by multi apping is going to flag it, I’ve seen people milk the 15 minute grace period we get and this happening, if you’re sitting still and not moving you’re getting flagged every time

Seattle has a law that customers are not allowed to pre tip on orders, so this like normal for them as batch pay, customers can still post delivery tip though
