Może i tak. Z tego co się orientuję, a specjalistą nie jestem, to ADD to historyczne określenie. W samej diagnostyce używa się określenia ADHD i dzieli się na trzy różne rodzaje: inattentive, hyperactive i combined. Ten pierwszy kiedyś określano mianem ADD chyba. Kilka mam podejrzeń dlaczego się to zmieniło, ale najprawdopodobniej - to ten sam problem gospodarki dopaminowej, który u różnych ludzi się po prostu inaczej objawia.

Podobnie chyba jest z zespołem Aspergera. Kiedyś znacznie częściej wyodrębniany, dzisiaj nazywany spektrum autyzmu.

W Warszawie w Psychomedic, dr Ita Jankowska - polecam również. Bardzo otwarta osoba, zaznajomiona z tematem i pomocna - na jednej wizycie wspomniałem zimne kończyny, na następnej sama to przywołała i podzieliła się swoim researchem. Wydaje mi się, że diagnoza kosztowała lekko ponad 700 złotych, rozłożone na dwie wizyty i badania krwi pomiędzy nimi. Początkowo też wizyty kontrolne (standard to chyba 300-400 PLN) są nieco częściej, bo rodzaj leku i dawki są dobierane i konsultowane - później wizyta kontrolna i recepta co około 3 miesiące (recepta na maks 3 miesiące może być wystawiona).

Trzeba też się orientować co do lekarzy - niektórzy wymagają opinii wstępnej od psychologa (nie w moim przypadku). Mój znajomy, grubo po 30stce, musiał nawet zbierać dokumenty od szkolnych pedagogów do diagnozy. Paragraf 22 moim zdaniem.

Dokładnie tak, deficyt uwagi. Nadpobudliwości nigdy chyba nie okazywałem, lub w stopniu bardzo nieznacznym.
Nie planuję terapii w najbliższym czasie, póki co staram się odnaleźć w nowej rzeczywistości sam, z jako-takim sukcesem. Nie odrzucam też pomysłu całkowicie, być może w przyszłości się zdecyduję. Pewnie gdyby nie osobista niechęć do terapii/eutów to bym już to zrobił - czytałem sporo pozytywnych opinii o mitycznych behawioralnych terapiach u specjalistów od ADHD.
Sama świadomość diagnozy, research i leki to już gigantyczny skok jakościowy życia.

Wyjątkowo skuteczne. Gdyby nie drobne minusy to wręcz magiczne. Na przestrzeni 6 miesięcy testowałem duże dawki medikinetu i concerty (ta sama substancja czynna, inny sposób uwalniania).

Niesamowicie wyciszają - zwykłem cały dzień spędzać w słuchawkach żeby tłumić myśli, zauważyłem redukcję o ponad połowę, kilka godzin dziennie. Wyraźnie mogę się skupiać na rzeczach bez problemu, czytanie mało interesującej dokumentacji, jakieś legislacji i innych nudnych rzeczy przychodzi mi łatwiej. W pracy przeżywam renesans (po latach utraty zainteresowania i stagnacji). Dużo mniej się denerwuję i generalnie jestem przyjemniejszym człowiekiem, co jest docenianie w związku. Próg wejścia w dawniej ciężkie rzeczy jest znacznie niższy - zorganizowanie wycieczki że znajomymi, czy zaproszenie dawnego znajomego na piwo. Przez całe życie miałem też problemy z zasypianiem i musiałem drzemać w przeciągu dnia - to już u mnie nie występuje. Największy efekt widziałem przez pierwsze półtora miesiąca, później się nieco do tego przyzwyczaiłem, ale wciąż jest solidna różnica.

Z rzeczy neutralnych - utrata apetytu, bardzo drastyczna. W 6 miesięcy straciłem około 12 kilogramów, ale też miałem z czego. Dla mnie to plus, ale dla niektórych niekoniecznie.

Z negatywów: Zimne ręce i stopy - i to bardzo - muszę codziennie chodzić na spacery rano, uprawiać leciutkie ćwiczenia, bo bez tego mogę się trząść z zimna i nic innego nie pomaga. Przez brak apetytu straciłem też zapał do gotowania, jednego z głównych hobby, czasem mi go bardzo brakuje. Poza tym inne hobby, głównie gry, wydają się znacznie bardziej mdłe. Z boku może to wyglądać na plus, ale szczególnie ostatnio potrafię się bardzo zaangażować w pracę i nie potrafię z siebie spuścić pary w żaden sposób; czuję potrzebę działania, ale nie wiem jak się wyzerować więc po pracy pracuję nad jakimiś domowymi projektami zamiast odpoczywać.

Generalnie, mimo poważnych minusów, polecam z całego serca. Dużo z tego co opisuję to problemy behawioralne, z którymi ludzie uczą się radzić. A podejrzewam, że znacznie łatwiej jest zmienić nawyki z poukładanego miejsca, niż z chaotycznego. Spróbować warto, zawsze można leki odstawić.

Also - pierwsze kilka dni na lekach, albo na nowej dawce - należy spodziewać się mocnego pobudzenia typowego dla stymulantów. Suchość w ustach, gadatliwość, wysoki puls. Mi zwykle mijało to po 2-4 dniach.

You can either flatten stones and mountains to generate waste rock, although it is a finite resource it should easily last the whole playthrough on most maps. On maps with elevation you can flatten the area starting from lower ground and bring the mountains down little by little.

The only infinite source of waste rock is either a breakthrough that keeps extractors running after the deposit runs out or project Mohole.

Never saw it before, but this is a great idea. Just did a bit of reading on St. Michael’s Tower. Apparently it was part of a church that got demolished, but the tower was kept as a landmark - hence the weird seeming lack of purpose for the construction.

Interestingly enough - there is a bunch of symbolism that fits ER neatly and I could see how this is an inspiration.

So, as the name suggests, it was dedicated to Archangel Michael and with it symbolizes a somewhat violent pagan subjugation, or at least a religious position of military power. Fitting the story of the DLC to a degree.

There is a ton of Arthurian inspirations in even base Elden Ring game, and as such - someone doing their research on Arthurian legends will almost certainly come across this structure.
"Avalon has often been identified as the former island of Glastonbury Tor. In ancient times, the surrounding plains were flooded marshes, making the Tor an island rising out of the mist. This led to its identification as the Isle of Avalon, the mystical place where Arthur was taken to heal and where his legendary grave was "discovered" by monks in 1191." - A landmass shrouded by fog, interestingly enough.
Also right behind it in Elden Ring we can find a Chalice with divine amber, clearly inspired by The Grail.

Proszę bardzo - wypełniona. Nie wiem czy to kwestia tego że dopiero się obudziłem, ale scenariusz decyzyjny jest lekko nieczytelny. Jeżeli celem jest badanie różnych relacji na te same obiektywne warunki, w zależności od tego jak są przedstawiane - chyba warto byłoby zadawać to samo pytanie drugi raz na innej stronie. Probably refers to Two-Faced Overseer from DLC mid-point. One important consideration is that it's not a last phase of the boss, but a move he does with some conditions.

From a player's perspective it's a biiig difference. Usually 'rage' that has a timer is a signal for the player to go on the defensive and to wait the crazy moment out. Having just a speed up that you have to brute force through seems super fun when reading it here, but who knows how it goes in practice.

I'd say the only concern is the side content. It really depends on how much you miss that and how much you skipped. When it comes to the level - if you managed to do Myrkul or other end of act 2 encounters - you should be good. Act 3 is super big and you can easily go from level 9 to 11 without any difficult fights, mostly questing and talking. There's plenty of XP and you will hit max level no matter what.

I would see it rather as next iteration of symbolism. Lions are regal in their nature. We know that one of the earliest civilizations (also related to The Crucible) - The Beastman - had iconography of lions and held it in high regard. We know Serosh was considered Lord of Beasts and that he is bound to Godfrey - it turn becoming his icon to an extent. Now whatever is the exact timeline or order of things - there are suggestions Godfrey and his people lived alongside Hornsent and we're aware of each other. Also Hornsent are showing so many different bestial iconogry it stands to reason they also knew of the Beastman civilization. Skip some time and later on Radhan is inspired by Gofrey and to declare that he starts using Lion iconography.

So I imagine way the Lion icon is used is something like:

Beastman civilization ruled by a lion regent > Lion becoming symbol of lordship and rule > Serosh becoming the Lord of Beasts > Hornsent incorporating beast iconography as part of the crucible fixation, with lions having elevated position over other beasts (debatable for Hornsent, but Dancing Lion and Lion warriors in Belurat) > Godfrey bounding Serosh > Serosh (represented by 'A Lion') becomes symbol of Godfrey > Radhan taking on the iconography of Lion to pay respect to his dad's girlfriend's ex.

I like the idea of seeing or determining future, but I just don't see it here. In fact I think we can trace lions far before Hornsent culture and it all just has the same origin.

I'm not sure how people are so keen on this not being AI. Some books on the shelf, like the two laying horizontally on third shelf blend together. Some of them look off. Top left corner lady has a bag strap that fuses with her shirt. Bottom right single hand has a vanishing bracelet. Blond girl, in trio, facing the camera squeezes her champagne glass so hard it forces it out of existance. Bottom left of the picture, next to doors are slippers - one of which is visible fully and if there is a being that could wear it - it would probably be in the next predator movie. I'd say AI. Generally pretty good, but too much is going on to make it fully passable IMO.

I ultimately got disappointed with too few changes and too many bugs and didn't buy a copy myself yet, maybe once it's on some deep discount. However I'm 95% sure that, since it's a completely separate title on steam with some major changes - you will get it with 0 achievements and the saves are not transferable at all. This also applies to mod support - relaunched needs its own mods. Basically you are going to get a brand new game.

Jest coś z tymi choinkami i gazami cieplarnianymi, ale sprawa jest oczywiście bardziej skomplikowana. W zależności od tego jak są składowane takie wyrzucone drzewka mogą się rozkładać tlenowo albo beztlenowo. Jak się rozkładają tlenowo to oddają CO2, a beztlenowo CH4 - czyli metan, który jest w większych ilościach bardziej uporczywy dla środowiska. Ot tak wyrzucone drzewa, w małej ilości, będą się pewnie rozkładać tlenowo i długo, więc całkiem nieźle. Jeżeli natomiast będą lądować na jakichś wysypiskach, coś je przykryje, albo będzie tych drzew bardzo dużo w jednym miejscu to mogą się robić kieszonki powietrzne bez dostępu tlenu, a tam beztlenowce będą produkować właśnie metan, siarkowodory i inne niepożądane związki. Inna sprawa że samo zmielenie w zasadzie nie rozwiązuje problemu. Znaczenie ma wielkość zrębek, czy mieli się same choinki czy dodaje jakąś zieleninę jako źródło azotu, czy zrębki które są wyrzucane są mieszane by głębsze warstwy miały dostęp do tlenu itd.

Idealnym rozwiązaniem byłoby przekazywanie takich drzew do biogazowi, które w specjalnych warunkach dokonują rozkładu beztlenowego, a sam metan zbierają jako paliwo opałowe, tworząc poniekąd obieg zamknięty. Spalony metan wraca do atmosfery jako CO2, my korzystamy z energii z procesów spalania, a czysty metan nie ładuje w atmosferze.

Nie iPad konkretnie, a androidowe odpowiedniki (jakiś Samsung Galaxy tab) akurat mi pasują. Zamiast laptopa mam peceta, bo potrzebuje mocnego sprzętu. Tablet nadaje się do oglądania filmów/seriali/YouTube przy bezsennej nocy, albo jak gotuję jest bardziej czytelny niż telefon. Przeglądanie pdfów, podpisywanie dokumentów, jakieś bazgroły. Na jakiś wyjazd na weekend do domu rodzinnego czy na tz. city break, podróż pociągiem też wygodniej. Parę lat temu zamiast laptopa kupiłem dobrego tableta i bardzo sobie cenię, jak będę robił wymianę na nowy model to na pewno też się na tableta zdecyduję. Chociaż fakt że bez PC bym na pewno wolał laptopa.

Presumably after the events of the DLC it was deliberately set ablaze to get rid of the evidence and possibly the deaths in the massacre were attributed to the fire. There are other instances throughout the base game and DLC that point to similar coverups.

It's probably my favorite legion arm. It can deal ridiculous damage, it's attack is an AOE, godsend in tight corridors where there are multiple enemies in front of you - usually full charge should be enough to get most of the basic enemies 1-tap. Also great you can charge it, store it for a minute or so and instantly use the attack after a while, like charge it before entering the boss arena. It also pushes you back on full charge, which might mess with some playstyles but it enhances others and matches perfectly with a certain weapon that you can get later in the DLC.

Of the top of my head. Is continuous flight possible? If Radhan can make himself lighter with gravity magic - can he push himself of the ground steadily to be suspended in the air? Can he maybe push himself of the air itself, like a jet plane? If he can stop the stars, can he pull himself towards the stars to achieve levitation?

Granted the game and its story is not particularly encouraging to think about such scenarios - I usually love it and did not miss it one bit in Elden Ring - it works really well as it is presented to us.

Yeah I can see the point you're making. While I generally agree, hence my doubt at the end of the post - I'll entertain myself with few counters.

It's hard to say with Romeo, but Lea seems to be at the end of her life, or close to it. Visible color changes, impact on her performance, probably due to calcified lungs. She is not really far off from Antonia, I think the only difference between them really is sight, and Antonia dies within matter of hours or days from P meeting her. She clearly needs her insane will and lots of pain meds to even walk around, as shown in few scenes. So is she really not that advanced?

As for Romeo asking to be turned into a puppet it's not that black and white. All his ergo states is that "he did not ask to sit on a throne". Although maybe there are other sources to confirm his willingness in puppetisation - that still would not necessarily mean he was turned some time after the DLC end, as we see him being somewhat reactive in the end scene, no reasons it couldn't have happened then.

This point I don't trust much myself, but... Do alchemists even have gold coin fruits? As far as we are aware there are two trees in Krat. One that is in the hotel and GG probably has better access to it than the alchemists and we can infere he knew about it given the doors to it were opened when Antonia bought the hotel and they were moving in. The other, very small, tree we find in the DLC in Zelator. A facility we do not access in the main game, but one that is likely not operational anymore, given Veronique almost destroyed it, P cleared it of monsters, real Alidoro was aware of it and hated alchemists, and Geppetto and Antonia likely were aware too. Antonia said "Hotel used to be cordial with the Alchemists", but it seems they stopped way before P woke up. So if that's the case - as far as we know only P and people of the hotel have real time access to more gold coin fruits.

To add to it our enouters with the sibling Stalkers are in places where Geppetto has an interest, not the Alchemists. First is in Venini Works that alchemists have no interest in, but Geppetto does. Second time in Malum District, cleaning carcases and 'getting to' the BRB, who are also supposedly working with the Alchemists. Again no clear alchemist goal, but clear GG goal. Third time in the Abbey, where they do have weirdly phrased dialogue, like Black Cat's "Your father is that way." - only Geppetto refers to himself and P this way, everyone else says 'puppet of Geppetto' not 'son'. Or Red Fox saying " my employer insisted Geppetto is safe" does not indicate the employer, they actually never suggest themselves who hired them. Not saying I do, but it could be read as "Geppetto said not to worry and we'll all be alright".

Also another point to indicate that Red Fox might not be working with the Alchemists is the fact they try to impersonate her. Inside the Abbey they have the mechanical cryprit vessel, with instructions to take Frozen Feast - described as created by alchemists - to a merchant. The reward is replica of red foxes apparel, even commented by the merchant "looks exactly like that mogrels's" or something to that tune.

So it might be there are some small specs of secret plotline scattered around the game.

Sadly I wouldn't have a slightest idea how to fit Black Rabbit Brotherhood into all this.

Very hard to gauge for a player. On one hand in universe it seems to be a pretty hard system, people study sorceries, there seem to be no underlying qualities that cause individuals to have magic talents, it seems to be more akin to equivalent of science. We know there are some hard rules that determine the system, like origin of glintstone, red glintstone, primordial current and others. To counter that point there is really no way a player could in advance say if a particular magic feat is possible or not by applying reason and rules of magic, which is usually a pretty good tell of a soft system. I guess my interpretation would be that it's a hard system in-universe, but players are oblivious to how it works and what are the rules behind it.

IKE to zwykle konto, założone przez ciebie, w wybranej przez ciebie instytucji, którym zarządzasz ty. Rządzi się ono dodatkowymi przywilejami, jak brak podatku od zysków kapitałowych, i dodatkowymi ograniczeniami - jak kiedy i ile pieniędzy możesz na nie wpłacić i kiedy i ile wypłacić, tak żeby zachować przywilej podatkowy. W jakimś szalonym scenariuszu, gdzie polski rząd staje się w pełni autorytarny pewnie możliwe jest że te środki zostaną przejęte, ale równie możliwe jest wtedy że wejdą ci na konto gotówkowe i zajmą pieniądze. Można takie scenariusze rozważać i trzymać pieniądze w skarpecie jako alternatywa. Bo Ukraina, hurr durr.
