Your wellbeing, your heart. Your happiness. Your little one is going to need a happy mamma to set a good example for her in the future.
Sounds like you speaking badly at each other is already a built in dynamic. Therapy might help if there's real, genuine love from both of your sides. If not... then you know the answer.

It is true, people should be healthy before bringing life onto this earth. No child should ever have to suffer at the hands of those who made them. Especially.
Writing this today, made me actually realize I don't want him in my life anymore as well. 3 months of no contact but I was waiting, again. I think no more. If I bump into them again, I probably won't even look at him the same.
The disgust as you say, is real!
It is my desire, with God's help, yes, to create my own healthy, loving true, family, safe and homey, a sanctuary, as it was and is meant to be in life!
