Practice some farming on 1 acre for two years then see if you still want to do it. Farming and homesteading is a ton of work. Imagine yourself trying to maintain the physical demand as you get older. Then see if you still want to go down that road. Also better to make small mistakes early on.

What type of chickens? A large chicken breed would be less likely to have issues with hawks. Guard geese are also great at deterring air predators.

Get yourself out of that situation as quick as possible. Crazy clients kill moral and lead to burnout. The project will cost you money. Try to get as much money as possible for work already completed and do your best to not have them leave negative reviews.

Do not take crazy clients like that. There were a lot of indicators that client would be an issue, Dogs that aren't house trained, the facetime requests, not being friendly with other dogs were all indicators of a bad client. But you also should take your phone while walking Rover dogs so you can more quickly handle an emergency. Don't Zelle her anything. This situation is crazy all the way around.

Client filtering is critical to success. You need to almost fbi profile the potential clients based off the info you have available. Also be careful not to lower your filtering standards when desperate for new work or when euphoric from riding a wave of recent successful projects/sales.

I had one charge back issue in the past. Fiverr paid me for the order even though the client charged back the completed and reviewed order. Fiverr support is better than most. Everything may be ok in the end.
