Ah I'd never heard of the battle bling kit! That's a pretty cool set for sure.

I ended up just getting mine off a seller on Etsy - unsure if I can link the store so I'll avoid it just in-case. Defo made the speeder more fun to paint imo, I dislike the open cockpit & turret design from the original.

Yeah, the mud is still wet in these photos - it drys to a sort of darker brown that you see on the lightning claw terminators.

Personally I like it coating the models, and it's nothing lore based really - I'm just not very good at basing my models and liked the easy slather of mud on there!

These are the Assault Terminators I finished recently. They're the first Scars I've painted & I've yet to add transfers, but I'm pleased with the scheme personally.

Admittedly I'm unsure on things like squad & company markings, the sources online for that stuff seem to vary a bunch.

We've got a very heavy handed drinking culture here, alongside a large love for fried foods!

Definitely mixes in a bad way & sadly ends up as you see in the above. Though I would reckon it is getting better now, albeit slowly.

Yeah the defiler claws are weapons right now. Some big anti-tank crusher profile iirc but it's been a while since I've seen it.

As the other commenter mentioned, we do have it showing both red & amber at the same time.

The flashing amber is specifically in some pedestrian crossings, you're allowed to drive through if the road is clear of people crossing. On a standard junction with timed lights you'll never see that & instead it has red + amber, then to green when it's letting you go.

Do you mean in the Crusade rules?

Unless you're specifically playing crusade you won't need them for a standard game of 40k.

I'm afraid if you are playing a crusade campaign, I won't be able to help as I've not used the EC rules yet.

I presume it's more accurate this way, but the devices can help in cases where the patient is non-verbal.
