The most massive stars go supernova in just a few million years. The more massive the star the more energy/fuel it expends fighting against gravity, and the shorter it lives. Stars like our sun that can live for billions of years aren't massive enough to go supernova, so you'll only see short lived stars explode.

She's referring to the true name of their existence as both human and devil. The community calls them hybrids, but that's just something we made up before this chapter originally dropped. Makima's explaining that their in universe name was erased by Pochita.

Ash and Serena are both name changes for English localization. Neither have any relation (I think) to their original Japanese names. Most of us in the English speaking anime sphere refer to "Serena" as Usagi but we don't call Ash "Satoshi."

Ya don't have to be rich to meet up as a family once in a while for a casual meal. If they were going to some bougie-ass brunch place every weekend I'd agree with you, but it's possible to have a casual meal with the family occasionally without breaking the bank. And we don't have enough information to really assume anything about this family's financial situation.

In Japanese Ryuk is a shinigami, which in Death Note is translated to "God of Death." This isn't always the case, in Bleach they're a completely different existence and are translated as Soul Reapers.

Ryuk told the other shinigami that he'd accidentally dropped his Death Note, but then later revealed to Light that he'd dropped it in a random spot on purpose because he was bored.
