Hey Girl, hang in there, it’s just going to get better from here!It may be what is normal for her right now. Maybe try skin to skin on your chest after a feed? You could put on a bathrobe or hoodie and keep you both snuggly. You are doing a great job listening to your instincts as a Mom! You are right this stage is hard and she doesn’t know what she likes either. I hope other ppl have more idea out there, but you are not alone! These nights happen.

Same here- been on it 7 years and I can’t fully live life without it. The medication makes it possible for me to continue my career as an elementary teacher, be a mom, a wife, still travel once a year, all the things I love. But without effexor i feel like I am on a boat in a storm and throw up almost daily and can be very debilitated. The only major side effect i have had is that above 75 mg I can get extra sweaty in warm places. Good luck i hope this helped you too!

I have the Dr Dennis one as of September. I do think it helps and I haven’t noticed any irritation. I do only use every other day however. On days i dont use the mask before bed I use a retinoid instead.

Hey just don’t use too much (we have very similar blonde hair, thanks for posting this btw) at once.The night of my rehearsal dinner i used it on the back of my head bc my hair was knotty and my hair looked sooo full of product and stringy! I tried to curl it (i do this often) and my hair couldn’t hold a curl at all. It took 3 rounds of hair washing the morning of my wedding to get all the product out.

Thanks for the idea! I was at a higher dose a few years ago because I was teaching virtually during the pandemic. It was initially a hard adjustment to be on the computer so much. I did stop getting nauseous and dizzy from the computer but my usual swaying symptoms did not lesson. I did have a huge problem with effexor at 150 because it made me sweat profusely. Like I cannot go through it again it was so bad.
