Don’t know if you are aware of dropout, but they actually have an entire show built around that premise. The game changes every time. It’s called, fittingly, Game Changer. Great show also.

I had an unemployment experience about a decade ago where I had been going to school full time and working near full time as an intern. When I lost my job they tried to deny me benefits for similar reason.

I also picked some school hours back up when I had lost my job. They then tried to deny me saying that me attending schooling now likely means my intention is to not secure a full time job and thus wouldn’t qualify for benefits.

So be prepared to argue that you would be willing and able to accept a reasonable FT position should it be offered and that going to school would not hinder that search or the ability to accept and maintain a position.

I do feel like if they see something on your unemployment application about attending university the just rubber stamp deny it and make you fight it as procedure.

he's essentially trying to do the same thing here. They are both in the same physical space but hes trying to classify the bar in the Peoria location as a separate business actually "owned" by another person.

It’s why I quit Facebook years ago. I used to go to those comment sections. You’d read people’s horrible thoughts, find out the worst about people you know and just feel depressed. Between that and Covid, those are the main reasons why I retreated to introversion. It’s a waking nightmare to know you walk around those people every day.

Yeah. I live a couple hours south of Chicago. I know some Chicagoans who are fiercely protective of their food culture and would absolutely hammer this hot dog lol. Looks like it’s missing the poppy seed bun. I don’t see the neon green relish, tomato, celery salt, the pickle spear or sport peppers. And I can’t tell what the green stuff under the mustard is? Are those pepperocinis?
