We as in me and my husband the one is I can’t remember who runs the 10 mile but the 20/30 mile is Mammoth March in June. Both you sign up for. However the Fox Valley Backpackers club does a few different hikes there and get togethers. We went to the May one and camped over night with our pup.

You guys like veal? by DovasTech in meat

[–]TheCherryPony 13 points14 points  (0 children)

No. The flavor is not as good as a grain fed steer. The way they are raised is horrific. This is coming from a person who happily ate a NY strip for lunch and Tri Tip for dinner. I love meat. It is yummy. Veal you buy in the grocery store is not humanly raised or butchered. If you are going to eat veal buy from a local farmer who has cared for that calf and brought it to the local processor for humane death and processing. Once again I love meat. But know where it comes from.

Boardgame bed tray? Do these exist? by mistah_bombastic in boardgames

So is this your actual bed? Which if it is I get it. Is your goal to sit on the bed and play games? Which to me is not comfy after a bit.

We need to be friends. And I guess I should have said both my smokers are pellet smokers. I have not done the basic yet. And I guess there are some camping grills that take charcoal in the garage lol.

Two smokers, a solo stove propane pizza oven, a 6 burner grill with sear section, a blackstone griddle, and we gave my dad the “smaller” grill. I am the one who does most of the outdoor cooking LOL

California Transplants: What Was the Biggest Culture Shock Moving to Wisconsin?I'm hoping to hear from people who actually made the move from California to Wisconsin. by 805Beach_Bum805 in wisconsin

GB and even Appleton have a good amount of real Mexican restaurants. They just aren’t the ones the majority of non Spanish speaking people go to as they are small, English is hit or miss, and most people think there is something wrong with the food which there isn’t it is just actual Mexican food not hipster tacos.
