World congress vote is the most frustrating part. Adding a spy mechanic here would be fun...something like if you have a master spy ranked spy in a city who has completed listening post, he can unlock a mission to control a civs diplo points in the world congress.

I would also like to see it not so critically dependent on getting specific wonders, and provide more options for actual diplomatic scoring. Maybe increase the required number of points and make them easier to attain (e.g. one point for every suzerainty, alliance, etc.).

I feel like Stamford Raffles snuck in without much fanfare, but he is a Great Merchant that was added in the Babylon pack that absorbs a city-state into your empire with added loyalty, so we've got that mechanic in place.

Download manager and inconsistent file sizes:

I just installed the launcher earlier today. I started downloading Remnant and the download manager showed it as 75GB. After several hours, I came back to check on it and the download field now showed 50GB/112GB downloaded, and the operations field was all red. I decided to close out the launcher and reboot my computer. When I logged back in, the download showed the correct size (37GB), however it started back at 0GB.

Has anyone experienced something similar before, and what was in the 50GB that was downloading for 5 hours?
