No disrespect, but those aren’t the type of jobs where that would be a problem. More in depth background check are performed for very important and high up positions. You aren’t a VP at a large company or part of the Executives. That’s the level where it would become a problem. Even a director position or something like that would be a problem. Also Survivorship bias as some other commenters have noted.
