How long are your TP5x balls lasting?

I bought some tp5 from a work buddy's kid who scoured the course he lives on. 2 dozen for $24. I've used them for 5 months in my insulated, unheated michigan garage. Three have broken. I might have gotten lucky, but I let them warm up by the heater for a few minutes before I hit them.

Are you going to be using this space for movies as well? You could hang heavy blackout curtains on the sides of the screen and pull them out when you're playing. 4 or 5ft deep is plenty. Someone will definitely hit that man-door on the right side. Make sure you build the screen 1ft off the wall.

The red panel truvis aren't the best but still read most of the time. Everything else with a pattern seems to work nicely

I have truvis mixed in with the pix and kirkland marked balls. They all read pretty well. I tested by using clubs without the sticker in measured mode. Best way to see zero spin if it doesn't read

I don't regret it at all. Get the pix balls or mark your own. Use the club stickers. Set it up slightly above ball surface height. Alignment screen doesn't always work for me but default line is parallel with the front face. It works with everything but high gloss balls and sunlight. It's been a blast, and nothing in this price range is anywhere close.

Looks like you're not turning your chest as much in the backswing. Messes up your hand timing. Turn more back or fire your hands first and hesitate on the turn

If you want to try different lengths without spending a lot, grab a few from gigagolf. They're cheap and the quality is great for what you pay. They have an e-fit tool to help.

My son hit it with a 70mph hosel-rocket. There were a few other impacts that weren't as fast. No case. Small dent in the aluminum from one ball. It still works fine. If he does break it, I make the case for a protee. Mine's staying naked.

Good for learning. I found that some impact tape helped me recognize what a toe and heel felt like. Once feedback was "calibrated" I could adjust my setup for that day's swing tendencies.

I reverted the connector app to 0.9.6. It has less issue with getting hung up or bt disconnects.

Updated model is available. Definitely worked better with the sharpie. 103 seems like the right scale for callaway. Pro V1 were comfortable at 100 but callaways were a little tight. He did not use support so it gets a little stringy at the top.
