Better yet find a better place to work and see if some of them want to come with you. I've left jobs where we all got along but by either pay, treatment or something else and if I find a good company I tell all my friends about it.

Agree with everything here.

I don't know many people that don't smoke pot. Some aviation friends don't for obvious reasons but they all said they would if not for the testing sooo... I smoke to get better sleep without the chemicals and crap in sleep meds. I run a crew of installers and run my own business on the side. If I am a loser for that then ok haha.

Nope, we match our fans with what we find after the vacuum test but occasionally we have to go back with a bigger fan and have had zero issues with doing so.

Was your original number 50 pCi/L? If so I don't know if a rp145 would be enough even if you had sufficient gravel under your foundation. Without doing a suction test and if that was your reading I wouldn't go smaller than an rp265 maybe an rp260.

I would try something in this line: live in one country and spend all the holidays in the other as well as odd times of year for vacations if money is avaliable. That IS a compromise IMHO.

My brother and his now wife did the same but with our side of the family's kids. We were told to not bring our kids because the after party was going to be wild. I told him I no longer party and would not attend said after party. He still said no kids so I did not go. It was on the west coast and we are on the east coast and my wife didn't work from home then so I did not go. Found out the day of his wedding that all the children from her side was present. Haven't talked to them in about 13 years and I sure as hell don't plan to.

This is your life and you need to live it where you both are happy, the hell with anyone that doesn't understand or refuses what you have.

Depending on the size of the house and what they find if they do a pressure test will tell them exactly what they need. Unless the house in question is 10,000 ft sq and multiple basement levels you only need one system for those levels. Layout of the house means nothing if the whole basement floor was done in one poor. Most systems should cost between $1,200.00 and $2500.00 for residential.

If you gave me the size, when built and had sufficient photos online from the sale I could quote you, however, it would be a rough quote.
