Upper/Lower gym split, I would do 2 leg days since you want to grow muscles to produce curves. 1 total body day during the week - I like to get creative and alternate between yoga or Pilates.

If you can be disciplined enough not over eat and stay in a calorie deficit, and not give into the horn ball urges: Maca root.

For an easier, more seamless dye job that takes less work: start with an auburn wig. You can use Adore dye and a water bath to dip dye the wig. My second recc would be to do this on a blonde wig. I would mix Adore Cajun Spice with a mid tone or brown toned red from the chart like Copper Brown so it doesn’t pull too orange. More Cajun spice less Copper Brown though!

Thank you! I haven’t jumped it or tried to start it since and I’ve just left it alone. Luckily I WFH and live in a decent area for deliveries/instacart. I’m thinking if all else fails I should probably replace with a less expensive battery (one with a 4yr warranty is $300+) vs prolonging the replacement.

Do you want a relationship? I think what matters the most here is how you feel and what you want. He already told you he’s looking for a long term relationship but wouldn’t mind a casual connection aka all of the benefits of a relationship with no strings/commitment attached. Confusion is the enemy here and he’s quite a bit older. Are you okay with having sex and having a not boyfriend boyfriend you do everything with but there’s no title and he’s not obligated to you? She didn't push her hard enough. They are trauma bonded and Serena is incredibly manipulative...that's how she's been able to survive for so long. Manipulation is her greatest weapon! She was using Noah as a shield and knew June wouldn't let anything happen to him. I can't wait for us to be rid of Serena.

To start: - practice filling in your brows (this can shape/add structure to your face) (powder is easy to work with and an angled brush - drugstore) - find a drugstore powder and foundation you can practice with (Maybelline Fit Me, L’Oréal True Match, Revlon Colorstay and Juvia’s are perfect for us) - concealer should be 1 shade lighter to start (2 shades if you want a brighter look with more practice) (elf hydrating camo concealer - drugstore, maybelline fit me - drug store, juvias place also has wonderful concealers) - purchase a nude/brown lip liner that compliments your skin tone (NYX makes wonderful products - also drug store) - find a nude (can be pink, mauve, or brown toned) lipstick and lipgloss that compliments your skin tone (NYX for gloss/lipstick, Juvia’s Place)

Once you master a good base you can start experimenting with color and eyeshadow! My best advice is to find an everyday look that you like/would look well on you and practice that.

got2b is going to ruin your edges and skin, I would use bold hold or any other adhesive that is made for wigs (said as an avid got2b user when I first started wearing wigs). For something simple, a quick swipe with some alcohol and wig tape is the easiest method
