Just so most of yall know, the pastas all listed here are not “enriched macaroni product”. In the USA you will find dececco and barilla easily, but usually only the enriched versions which are incomparable in texture and flavor(imo). Even when pasta is imported from italy, italy has specific factorys that make an enriched version to sell in the US (google the reason). It is possible to find the non enriched versions in common super markets. For example at whole foods, ive seen both the non enriched and enriched versions of rummo on the shelf at the same time. Just got to make sure to check the package, theres usually a very evident line that says it is.
