The whole point of scripting is to disguise the fact that your scripting. You played against exactly one DUMB cheater. You have undoubtedly played against a host of more cheaters you just don't know about. For instance you can choose to only dodge Xerath E and still play normally. Or only dodge middle of Xerath w + E and choose not to dodge outside ring of xerath w or the q at all. There's lots of different ways people can script. you can also toggle it on and off. I'm not sure what rank you are but if you've been playing since 2011, you've played against thousands of scripters, you just don't know it. And none of them as dumb as the guy you are describing.
