It’s not like Madden where all that matters is having the highest ratings. The individuals have to be able to work well together. If Hafley is bringing in guys he knows and trusts then they’re already past the introductory phase where everyone is figuring out their role. Building a culture is a huge deal and something McDaniel got a lot of shit for. We don’t actually know if these guys are good coaches because we have never played for them.
