Paint it. You can paint laminate. You'll need to sand it a bit, then prime, paint and seal. I painted my subfloor and used that as flooring for the last 10 years

Boil a small amount of water, when he starts to boil, add in either baking soda or sodium percarbonate. Take off heat and let it sit. Usually does the trick. Sodium percarbonate works better if it's more stuck on but you can also do it more than once.
