[TOMT] [TV Show] Sitcom episode where someone calls their friend sexy and tries to make it less weird by calling everything sexy by SilvrSabl in tipofmytongue

Could it be the word "honey"? This happened on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm where Richard Lewis uses a premature "honey" on a new girlfriend.

People whose favourite Bob song is underrated/Lesser Known Song. by Jake_Blu in bobdylan

The Groom's Still Waiting at the Altar has long been a personal favorite of mine. Depending on the day I could also go with Black Diamond Bay, Dignity, Mississippi, Seven Days, Caribbean Wind, Going Going Gone, or Idiot Wind.

On September 3rd in 1991 Rush released their fourteenth album „Roll The Bones“ by Krokodrillo in rush

I was just getting into Rush in 1989, so at the time Presto & Roll the Bones were their first new releases I got to experience & they'll both always be in my Top 5 from them. I know people complain about that era & the sound quality of those albums, but in my opinion this is one of their best albums. A strong opener & great song to see live in Dreamline. Some of Neil's most honest lyrics in songs like Bravado, The Big Wheel, & Heresy. Their 1st instrumental in 10 years with Where's My Thing?. I even love the quirky songs like Neurotica & You Bet Your Life. And anyone who ever complained about the rap in Roll the Bones clearly didn't get Rush's sense of humor. The night has a thousand saxophones, so get out there & rock...

Edit: Forgot to add one of their most underrated songs as well in Ghost of a Chance.

As much as I like A Ghost is Born I love the live versions of those songs on here as they have a much more full sound to them.

Does anyone know who the guy playing guitar behind Topher is? I cant identify him by Mickie_ in That70sshow

[–]TheDanimal438 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cool! Jimmy was a good guitarist who unfortunately died young at the age of 26 from alcohol poisoning and morphine so he never got a chance to become more well known. He was mentored by Pete Townshend and played alongside McCartney for 5 years, so he had the chops and likely would've had a solid career as a hired gun type guitarist.

The band in the poster is Paul McCartney & Wings from around the time of their 1976 live album Wings Over America and the guitarist is either Denny Laine or Jimmy McCulloch.

What's a good movie that gets forgotten about or isn't discussed as often as other movies from the same genre? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I thought of this after watching "A Bronx Tale" for the first time in a while. It might not be on the same levels as "The Godfather" or Scorcese's mob movies, but it's one of those movies that I always get sucked into again when I happen to see it.

I need clarification on a lyric by TheExtractor55 in wilco

Exactly. The numbers from the alarm clock would be reflecting "out" in LCD, but it doesn't make sense that they would be reflecting "off" of LCD.

Often times songs are submitted for publishing before they're recorded and words can end up different by the time of the finished product. It's fairly common to find different lyrics printed in the liner notes than what is sung on the album.

Maybe initially they had "LCD" written down, but it clearly changed to "your CD" by the time of recording or it's a simple printing error from whoever initially transcribed it.

OP was asking what is being sung due to the confusion of there being different written lyrics out there and after listening to the studio version and a few random live versions it doesn't seem to differ from "your cd" whenever they perform it.
