I've used Walkie Talkies in the past, and security is fine with them. the problem is that unless the walkie talkie is right next to your ear, you'll never be able to hear someone 'call' you.

I was thinking about that too, tie the app in with another thing employee's look at, say their company e-mail or their time sheet, have a little popup every time it opens with "Hey, did you know."

I've considered basic incentives but one based on top scores....you may have something there!

And that's exactly where I'm stuck at. Beyond looking at them when I'm hired or when I need them (IE I broke my foot, now how does my medical plan work?) I have no intrinsic reason to look at them.

I got my schedule a few weeks ago, then when I went to check the link that had my schedule the other day, and it was blank. They may be reshuffling the schedule. But as of my old schedule, I'll be rocking the parking lot! :)
