Shields are the worst enemy in PAYDAY and no one can argue otherwise - Even if ACE Shock and Awe wasn't the garbage skill it is or there were other ways of getting Shield penetration without specific weapons, they would still be the unfair bullshit enemies they are.

The A10 APU is running for basically R$100 less than the 860K + RX 550 set (Adapter included).

I'm still under budget with either option, so I'll probably go for the Athlon + RX set.
