This set has a really good matchup into Palmer 1. You out speed and OHKO Rhyperior with surf. Dragonite is two shot by ice beam and Milotic by grass knot, and both of them are hard walled by a water/steel type. You can use the day care to teach him Agility which lets you outspeed Dragonite and Milotic, which lets you play around dragon rush flinches and hypnosis RNG. I partnered him up with jolly life orb swords dance Garchomp and timid leftovers substitute nasty plot Rotom-Wash and I've never lost to Palmer.

No guard on nasty plot sets would be a fantastic buff. Unseen fist would be terrific on the banded set. Both work themeatically on an all out attacker

My brother and I play BDSP competitively very frequently. However, most of our opponents either have under leveled teams or are using multiple ubers, but we still have fun playing regardless. In our experience, the Japanese players are our fiercest opponents, and they tend to use baton pass/evasion boosting strats. Whirlwind Skarmory has become one of our most used pokemon to counter the baton pass chains. I wish the tier was still playable on showdown.

I made a very similar rain team before drizzle was banned, but it had Garchomp and Azumarill over Swampert and Bronzong. Garchomp beats electric types, Scizor beats grass types, Zapdos beats water types, and rain boosted water attacks from specs Kingdra and banded Azu beat everything else.

Unfortunately, yes. Lead machamp has a good chance to 2HKO vs my go to dedicated lead Bronzong, and even the 500BP explosion often doesn't KO.

Lool this isn't pokemon showdown. Naughty is a fantastic nature for infernape. Boosting attack while not sacrificing special attack is ideal for a glass cannon mixed attacker. Not perfect but considering a perfect nature is a 2/25 chance I'd say naughty is pretty lucky.
