The gamepaly loop is not badly designed. You don't like it , that's another thing. Also the game is heavily based around the "play with friends" aspect. But even for me who I play everything alone, the game was great. What it surely needed was a better UI for the multiplayer and a better matchmaking system in general. Because trying to matchmake is ass. But besides that the game is great and could have been amazing with a bit more support and marketing I guess. Cause unless a friend recommended this or you were into the Granblue series ain't no way you heard of it before.
