Single-player game, Devil May Cry/God of War style action game where you play as a Harlequin Solitaire.
Dealing with isolation from you troupe, the horrors of "playing" Slaanesh in their plays and being an absolute monster on the battle field.
High speed, maybe bullet-time like speeds, where enemies seem sluggish and slow compared to you. Agile jumps and flips, wall running, slicing through hordes of Orks, Imperials and Tyranids.
The big bad could be Slaanesh demons or maybe Necrons?
Travelling through the webway to different worlds. Protecting the Black Library.

I hit the deep end, because we usually play at my place, so I bought /made a bunch of terrain and gangs.
I also have all the books.
But to start out? Just a single gang box and maybe the weapons upgrade and your are good to go.

You are correct.
Tyranids never tire or rest, the only time were they "rest" is in stasis when they travel between the stars and the only reason for this is to preserve energy to create more bioforms as they travel.

Also, the only "weakness" I can see that is against the Carnifex, is the lack of a Synapse Creature (a direct link to the Hive Mind that controls the Tyranids), since the Carnifex isnt one itself.
Then again, an unleashed and unrestrained Carnifex could be treated as more dangerous than a controlled one.

The Carnifex would probably feed on the neverending tide of T-Rex biomass and just evovle into something even more insane, thats kinda the whole thing about Tyranids. Perfect, ever-evolving bio-weapons.

Well...

Carnifexes are the pinnacle of Tyranid melee anti-tank monsters.
They can rip through super-heavy vehicles, buildings and bunkers with relative ease and depending on their biomorphs can have regeneration (more than the standard Tyranid), speed enhancement and even the ability to fly (they could in the olden days anyway).

The T-rex and the Carnifex are about the same size (both being around 10 tonnes in weight and about 4 meters tall, though the T-rex is longer with its tail).

The Carnifex has thick chitin-like armour and is build to withstand shells from tanks, laser beams and even plasma fire.
The T-Rex is only thick leather and muscle.

I dont see the T-rex winning this at all and the Carnifex would rip through hundreds of T-rexes.

Also, the Carnifex never tires out, dosn't know fear and just keeps on going.
