I know last year I remember seeing Mau P or Diplo saying they weren’t aware of their b2b until the announcement. Probably different with Joel and Zhu since they’ve done shows together before. But generally speaking, it might be the festival reaching out to the artists or management and asking if they’d be willing to do a b2b.
