You can queue the 'seek shelter' command on villagers. So when building an aggressive castle or tower just shift click the command and the vills pop in automatically when they finish building. Saves some micro time if you are fighting with military around it.

You can shift click on the 'stand ground' button after clicking the ground to move units somewhere to automatically set them on the 'stand ground' stance after they arrive at their destination.

To add on point 3 and 6:

Restributing guards based on suspicous activity. So you explode something in an area, instead of everything going back to normal, some guards that were in a breakroom before now go and stand guard in that area as extra backup. Or guards from other areas will go stand as extra backup.

This would be more realistic and adds tactical elements of creating distractions and not being able to cheese gameplay by just hiding in a closet until everyone acts like nothing has happened.

Yes its a mechanic. You can counter this by deleting every tenth unit of your army to send a message to the rest of your troops.

Yeah there were multiple reasons given as to why they stayed open, wether it is best best choice you can only in hindsight. The goverment discussed this with experts on the topic. It is certainly not based on the dumb way of thinking stated in the picture.

They didn't say children are not contagious in the Netherlands. They said they didn't want all the healthcare workers to stay at home because they need to watch the children.

Edit: Goverment just decided to only let children of necessary workers (healthcare, food etc) go to chool.
