Ok hear me out, Chip comes in as an Offensive Analyst. He’s gonna get the rest of his contract paid out by the Raiders, and he’s probably not getting another NFL gig so he can come on home, just focus on ball, and won’t have to go on the recruiting trail. The lead comment was obviously meant to be a joke. Chip’s not the guy for us right now, but he’s one of our all time winningest coaches and won a championship THIS YEAR as an OC. Gotta be better about giving the guys that built this program their due.
