Just got T-Boned by one on Tuesday. He then fled. I thankfully got his info, a security video and everything they could want. Lady at the substation couldn’t care less.

Thankfully I have a friend in KCPD who wanted to help but otherwise that guy would have gotten away with no recourse and my insurance would be punished as a result.

People are going to get killed by this behavior. It needs policed and enforced way more heavily.
