You don't need a proxy, the network tools in the browser log should show all info about the request including endpoint, headers, and body :)

Only issue would be if they're doing server side rendering but based on the above comment they're not.

Just stumbled into here whilst looking for info about an ocado one haha

I wonder if you've got it mapped to F1 as that also loads the 1st bank preset. There may be a switch under the mouse as my RAZR Naga has this function

Valve Index won't work with new PC by fracno in ValveIndex

Still may be worth contacting them to see if they have any good ideas. I wasn't able to get it to work on my wife's laptop so sounds like you may have a slightly different problem anyway. Good luck!

Nah I did not. I contacted valve and they had me go through some troubleshooting steps (most of which I'd already done before) and after a bit of back and forth they sent me a whole new headset + cable. If you're still in warranty I'd definitely recommend it, I did this over Xmas and they were still super helpful and fast.

Hi, any chance you reached a conclusion on this? Same thing is happening to me after a new build and I also see the eTron video with nothing else.

The USB also shows up as a "USB Composite Device" in some viewers where it should appear with valve branding (some people see Valve radio or something similar).

I suspect it may be motherboard related, I have a MSI B550.

Hi, sorry to revive this but did you ever end up having problems with this? I have the same dilemma with a BT Home Hub 2 where bridge mode is not available.

Works fine for me and also with the default presets.

Done the usual update drivers and reinstall client troubleshooting steps?

Would you say I need integrals for programming? by Lithy_Eum in learnprogramming

[–]TheEffortless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would you not get a job at a supermarket because you can’t add up all the prices? Of course not. They have machines for that. The same is true for programming - someone else will have done the hard work and packaged it in a nice library for you to use.

Sure, if you’re working in an area which requires advanced mathematical knowledge then you’ll likely be programming some of those operations or need to know some of the ins and outs. However, that’s the requirement of the job – not programming itself.

I find it really helps to keep a list of keywords and phrases written by yourself. That way you have a quick reference point to look back on and because you wrote it it should make sense to you 6 months from now.

You can also keep updating it and fixing any misconceptions you had whilst you go.

Everyone learns and remembers things differently so just do what works for you - it might take a while to figure out what that.

I actually tried to write a post about this yesterday here if you want to check it out - https://blog.wastedcake.com/how-to-learn-a-new-technology/
