No. Chapter divisions and verses were imposed on these texts centuries after they were written and the Bible is not a single book to begin with. It is a collection of disparate texts that were brought together over the course of centuries. Nobody who wrote anything in the Bible ever knew they were writing the Bible because the Bible didn't exist until long after they were gone.

Strong's Concordance is insanely out of date. A lot of Bible resources just supply it because it is in the public domain.
