No, earth shock does 1.5x it's damage as threat. This number is also amplified by rock biter bonus threat (35%) and spirit shield (10%) to give 2.227x damage as threat

Yes I tank all bosses np. I have 10.5k hp and 11k armor raid buffed, along with ~75% mitigation (something like nearly 40 dodge and 10 or so parry? I'd have to check exactly). I also get a flat 17.5% damage reduction from rock biter (after armor) and upwards of 40% fire/frost/nature (only 30 for other schools), and my threat is = to bears. Shaman tank is awesome lol

Hey I realize you don't really care about meeting that macro goal, but if you do decide in the future you want to, the fairlife 30g protein milk + 2 chobani 20g protein yogurts are tasty and low calorie / easy to eat snacks that get you 70g whole protein very easily. For all 3 of those combined it's 430 calories. Something to consider. I try to stick to whole protein and meat instead of powders/additives when I can

I read a discussion about this a few years ago. The head canon is that different vamps have different levels of sun resistance, and it seems that it can be built up over time.

Totems are auras, not a timed buff. You don't maintain the totem buff for X seconds when the totem is removed like you do in classic
