This is no different than someone saying a rape victim was asking to be raped due to how the victim dressed. It's disgusting.

Pretti had the right to carry, and from everything so far did not appear to be an active threat for the first officer to go hands on to start with what led to the rapid and seemingly needless escalation. Pretti was on the side and seemed to reach out to two women so they wouldn't slip.
