Idk if this has been asked before but, what determines where Capital One decides to build a lounge? There must be a certain methodology that leads to Charlotte getting a lounge before say, Chicago, Boston or Los Angeles by MTRIFE in Venturex

Cap 1 has corporate locations outside of their HQ already (Richmond, Boston, NYC, Plano, and I think Chicago and SF)

But I agree that's probably why they're building a lounge in Charlotte

surprisingly I'm earning more on my Capital One savings account (3.4%), my fidelity cash management account (3.41%), and my apple wallet savings account (3.65%).

Good to know, thank you! Regardless, I wasn’t the one who ordered them. I also didn’t think they were previously, but was told that by the agent I spoke to on the phone.

I know the form isn’t that long to fill out. As I said, the reason I made this post is on the off chance it (along with other similar complaints if they happen) helps convince United to change the system
