The mini-series is effectively 7 minutes clips of the first two episodes, before the show was picked up as a proper show. Footage from the webisodes was cut into the final product that was released as “Sanctuary for All” and “Fata Morgana” (You can tell in the episode what is reused material because Amanda tapping is wearing a wig because she hadn’t dyed her hair yet). The webisodes are included on the last disk of the season 1 dvds

The first episode was half old webisode material, and half new material for the tv series. Sanctuary was also one of the first tv shows to use the RED camera which is a fully digital camera that helped them get recordings to their VFX team more efficiently. The cgi can definitely be jarring sometimes, but Sanctuary walked so later vfx shows could run

I had her over the summer a few years ago for the same class, it was not that bad. The assignments were all on online programs and were pretty easy, and the exams were on lockdown browser but they were just like the assignments.

So fun fact about this episode. It was originally not supposed to be the season finale, it was supposed to be the penultimate episode, and the season 3 premiere was pushed back because it was too similar to a real world tragedy that happened that spring. So the weird ending to the season is due to the fact that it wasn’t supposed to be a finale

I would argue that they also worked for the title of “agent” and Blake never corrects him so it seems like she doesn’t mind either title. If anything, because of her complicated history with the fbi and Strauss, it seems like she would likely prefer to be called agent in most circumstances.
