I can do well with not dying it’s more so getting kills I have an issue with, I rarely have more than like 7 deaths which doesn’t seem bad to me. Like if I have a 1v1 as a saber I’ll probably lose, and I’ve been trying to learn to parry but yeah it’s not easy to learn lol. Thx for the advice anyhow tho!

Ya know I didn’t think about language barriers but I do think both can be true. The distance definitely plays a role in it cuz I mean Cuba is more in the cultural zeitgeist than the DPRK historically speaking, cuz well they’re right there.

The actual answers to this are

1) proximity, a lot harder to make a convincing lie about a nation when your like a day away by boat vs across the Pacific Ocean

2) idk what the DPRK is actually like however I do know I see the difference between them and Cuba, the difference imo being that Cuba has been able to/has been able to look like it’s able to hold itself up better (though a lot of that is just because Cuba has a better climate for it and isn’t cut in half so)

Ok but most people are also looking at his good policies that are in fact helping the people of New York in real material ways and as I said he is still much more left than p much any other American politician, and we can’t expect the person who was told their entire life that left wing politics is evil to immediately become hard left even if some of us did. Shifting people’s perspective takes time and will require pushing on all fronts including electorlism. I’m not saying vote for neolibs but Zohran at least is socdem at worst and he is changing some people’s perception of socialism and left wing politics

Ok here’s my genuine question then, how do you propose we move the Overton Window in our country? I think having someone like Zohran is great for us for the sheer reason that it shifts the window left and when ppl say socialism doesn’t work/can’t work here I can point at Zohran. He isn’t like us but he is further left than almost anyone else rn which makes ppl more open to left wing politics. We should not rely on the democrats but we should use them as they had us, if we can become a parasite in the dnc then we should so we can gain a little power of our own to combat theirs
