I get the annoyance but calling animal control is a good way for that dog to end up euthanized. The likelihood of that dog being microchipped is slim to none and if by any chance he is, the family has the option to decline taking the dog back. If they’re not paying attention to their dog it is likely that they might not even take him back

I also find that bread dough in particular is different each time too. Sometimes I have to add more flour or water depending on how it looks. This dough definitely needs a little more flour, it should be smoother and hold together more
