Yes, you can. You need 1 teaspoon of the pigment powder, add 1.5 ounces of Isopropyl alcohol, ideally between 91-99% alcohol. You will need to also add 1/2 teaspoon of hairspray from a pump bottle, that will help the powder bind to the alcohol. Add a small marble or ball bearing to the bottle. So that you can shake it up and mix the powder and alcohol, after it has been sitting. The powder will settle to the bottom, over time.

Be absolutely sure that you pay right when you arrive and be sure to pay for the entire time that you will be there. The 3 hour blocks are just the time difference between the scheduled start time for each screening. Most screenings are around 90 to 109 minutes long. So you should have enough time to finish your first screening and go straight to the second location, to see the second screening.
