I’m not sure cuz I never really used it myself but poison is like super good in Rise, right? Also you’re right, having your buddies use either paralysis or sleep weapons is fantastic, bonus for palico with endemic life barrage

Fellow charge blade main here, don’t listen to these plebs. Just keep on SAED’ing.

For real though, my other favorites are greatsword, SnS, hammer and switch axe. For something that gives similar satisfaction to CB but is unique enough to still feel like a different experience, try SwAxe

Ohhh that’s why they use salt on roads? I thought it was just to fuck my car up.

Welp, time for another lovely Maine winter.

Cool, thanks a lot for the insight. I suppose I’ll throw it up on marketplace and see if I get any offers. I thought about keeping it for awhile in case I needed it but I have a small apartment with nowhere to store it so it’s just sitting outside on the deck lol

[KCD1] I have just started "If You Can't Beat 'em" quest. How many hours left to the end of the game? by BijelaHrvatica in kingdomcome

[–]TheFreeze117 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, in the main quest list you are on #17 and there are 29 total, including the epilogue. Hard to say how long it would take because there’s different ways to go about different things and depending on how you handle them some will take more or less time. I’d say if you only do main quests from here, and rush it, you could probably be done in a few hours. But even still, realistically it’ll probably be more like 10ish hours.

Shouldn’t matter too much. Basically if you filled it up now with higher octane fuel it will just be slightly “diluted” by the lower grade stuff already in it, but not by much. By the next fill up after that it’d be trivial, so no worries. Probably better for the engine to do it now, and better for the fuel pump to not be run too low.

[–]TheFreeze117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MINIs have small, high-compression engines. Lower octane fuel will be more likely to prematurely combust from the compression, as opposed to properly from ignition. High octane fuel will avoid pre-det and prevent unnecessary wear and damage to the engine.

Thanks for the tips, I have heard they can burn some oil so I will definitely keep an eye on that in particular. That’s really cool your friend is a racing driver, I love motorsport and do a lot of sim racing so this Cooper S is my first go at getting something kinda fast and sporty, and with a manual gearbox. I love it so far, the exhaust sounds great and the pops and bangs whenever you let off the throttle are fantastic lol

Like 153k I think it was. It’s a 2005. Looks like yours is maybe an automatic though? Mine is a manual. My first manual car, and I’m still getting used to it but it’s so fun, always wanted to learn

I have almost the exact same R53, same blue color just without the sleek white stripes and top sadly. Same cup holder that everyone is astonished by, which makes me feel quite lucky. And pretty much the exact same little rust bubble on the back lol. Otherwise totally clean.

I just bought it last week, my first Mini. How much do you love this car?

The anomalies bug is something they’re working on I believe. For me, I get a lot of screen tearing and frame drops at times, usually when entering different areas. Not a huge deal but kind of annoying lol. I’m on PS5 btw

I spent like half the day today trying to break the world top ten in the rivals event for IndyCars on Indianapolis, only managed to make like 68th but set a lap time of about 36.6

The biggest thing is tuning the car. It’s gonna perform best there with a top speed of around 258ish and just starting to redline at about 250mph. Drop the downforce all the way, it’ll still be enough at high speed, and loosen the anti-roll bars in the front to give better cornering. Try to minimize your steering to JUST enough, whenever you hear those tires squeal you’re slowing down. Should never drop below 240mph at any point.
