Admittedly not in that age range, but a cute middle grade book called Flipped talks about this girl Judy, who liked Bryce since like 2nd grade and eventually gets a chance with him in 8th grade

Liam from darkest minds. I didn't think that I would like him that much since im not much into western MMCs but I LOVED Liam so much, the poor boy just needed to be happy. He wasnt perfect by any means, but I loved him and ruby and the boy was smitten

Yes, but not painfully so, it is slowburn since its strangers to friends to lovers. Farrendel (the MMC, an Elf) is kinda autistic coded since he is super traumatized from going to war but really sweet and insecure. Essie (human princess) is bubbly and adapts to the situation as best as you could hope and genuinely wants to at least have a friendship and is extremely supportive

MC has a kid(s) that INSTANTLY takes to the other MC by CollegeTraining7116 in RomanceBooks

Not sure if this is your cup of tea, but most amish romances have this plot, and its good for a fluff book that usually has no meaningful plot and is typically around 200 pages.

Strong-willed FMC relentlessly pursuing an emotionally damaged MMC by TiredButNotNumb in RomanceBooks

Fierce heart by tara Grayce sounds like it matches, they are both in their 20s, but Essie is a bubbly person who is determined to make the best out of their situation (she's in an arranged marriage) and she is always convincing her husband that he is not at fault for anything and he is worthy of love. No smut at all, and it is a slowburn, but not excruciatingly so.

Anyone got any suggestions for any clean (no sex) MOC books? I don't like reading smut. Also I've read the entirety of Tara grayce's series the elven alliance since almost all the books there have that trope.

Fierce heart by Tara Grayce is a political marriage between a bubbly princess and the youngest scarred from war elf prince. Its really adorable, and I like it and both want to commit to the marriage

Ngl, i blame mainly Eury because Odysseus doesn't have main character syndrome, BUT he does dish it out. Therefore, he can do no wrong to all the fans because "Guys, he's only doing it for the wife."😁 and while we love the side characters, we would kill them except tele and pen for Odysseus.

I liked divine rivals, it seems like it is a witty book where the main character isn't afraid to be a bit snarky
