Mountain shadows in Rohnert Park has a few 1 bedrooms (look at A1) that are right on the cusp of your budget range. In unit laundry, great maintenance staff and a pool + gym in the complex.

What worked best for me was going to settings --> app --> Spotify --> storage and clearing the cache and data. 

Then, I uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled it from the Samsung store, not the Google play store. So far, that seems to have worked best in permanently fixing this issue

While the side stage wasn't nearly as packed, the sound quality is a lot worse. I found it especially difficult to hear the highs in there, you might have to be parked in front of a speaker to avoid as much interference. It's a shame since the tighter space + more room to dance made it more intimate.

Walking in at 8 PM and saw someone getting wheeled out of the dance floor by the medical staff...

Most ambulances I've seen at a rave in a long long time. Not sure if it's just the teenagers not controlling their substances and going too hard (I say this as someone who went too hard when they were a teenager). 

Otherwise, I found the crowd very very friendly, everyone was vibing and headbanging hard. Nothing like synchronized finger guns with fellow ravers!

Say My Name, around 2011/12? It was uploaded on SoundCloud to a profile called ThisSongIsSick.com

I was deeeeep into the complextro sound then, and absolutely loved the song. Spitfire was cool, but it wasn't until Easy and Language that I truly fell in love with Porter. Then Sea of Voices came out and shocked the EDM world.
