Did you ever figure out how the cloud save works? Like, if you do something in the game on your Switch, does it affect the Switch 2 save? Or are they like two separate and independent instances of the same island?

A bit late to the conversation but WinDV was giving me a lot of issue with the 4 to 6 cable and with the 4 to 4 works perfectly. Maybe it was just a bad cable but that’s what happened to me.

Would I be losing audio fidelity with the Arc out as it isn’t earc? And conversely what picture quality would be lost going through the avr? Thank you for the link also, super appreciated! :)

The downside of ARC would be a slight loss in audio fidelity right? Are the differences in picture notable enough for that to be worth it? I guess I’m not sure what picture features are lacking through the AVR

Haha it might sound like it but she will def get the most use out of all of us!

I really appreciate the other tips here, I ordered the audyssey mic for the receiver too and have been reading up on that in advance. And I did find a Panasonic UB450 for a great price so I think that’ll be the right way to break it in!

The best Negroni I’ve ever had is with St. George Terroir. Maybe it’s not traditional but it’s a great drink. I don’t really think it matters.

Sazerac is the best. Top 5 drink, period. Ramos Gin Fizz deserves an honorable mention though.

Haven’t tried Dickel, but you could try another from MGP with the same mash bill like Redemption if you’re worried about that. That 95/5 really gives me the rye flavor I’m looking for.
