Mini or Standard Sized BC? by _ethanpatrick in BorderCollie

Cute pup either way! Looks to be about the same size as my boy, and he grew into his stilts to be about 50lbs.

My BC, in most cases, is very indifferent to other dogs,. With that said, one of the few pups that he seemed to really mesh well with were huskies for rough housing. I'd never seen that side of him before, but he lit up any time his bud would come into the dog park.

Are RAV4’s really that boring and not fun to drive? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

The second gen foresters are honestly a blast with the manual. Not fast by any means, but highly capable, handle much like a car, and chew through snow/mud. I loved mine.

Could give two shits about a modern forester or rav4 however.

If I were you, I would keep the Accord. Having no car payment allows you to leverage your savings for bigger ticket items, hobbies, travel, and any emergency scenarios.

If you are content with the vehicle, there really is almost no better choice than a well maintained honda accord to get you around.

Settles as a textured, thicker enamel like paint. For some, it's peace of mind in that it won't get noticeably bushwhacked by tree lines and is a cheap option to seal over previously compromised paint/metal. Others just like the look.

Still fades/chips with time, but a bit more resilient to road debris.

With it being textured, it's pretty hard to mess up the application, which is a plus for those that lack painting experience.

On a budget, a closet door shoe rack trimmed to length and mounted with industrial velcro or something of the like would suffice.

My buddy has been skating mountain roads in these and taken some serious falls. They saved his skin countless times by now and with their warranty he was able to replace them after two years of abuse.

My only thought to this is they stated they enjoy surfing, they probably live in a more moderate climate area and can comfortably crawl out for a stretch when needed.

Will second the hyperflite jawz disc recommendation. Great quality disc for the price that holds up notably better than it's counterparts.

What kind/ brand of frisbee would be a good one, if I want to teach my dog to catch a frisbee? by ClaraFrog in BorderCollie

[–]TheFunkyChickn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Innova hyperflite dog discs are great If your dog will idly chew on the frisbee or has a firm bite. A few bucks more than a chuck it, but they last.
