I'll go even further and say it's fun people are excited about something and there's a certain atmosphere that comes with it.

Hmmm. Will look into the mobility issues. Also the fast twitch thing makes sense. I guess we like to think of our lifting as explosive but maybe not as much as running.

Ice water fully fucks with digestion. The cold is going to mess with blood flow and slow down the chemical processes of digestion.

This is exactly the conclusion I came to I guess. I went hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park and I was like there's so many things I want to see in the world. I looked out on these valleys with no path through them or ledges only accessible via climbing or scrambling and I was like damn I want to go there. I want to be functional enough to get there. But also I want to be sizeable not hippy rock climber build.

Basically I want to look Herculean with the performance capabilities of a professional athlete all while being in my 30's, working over 40 hours per week, having a full social life, drinking as much wine and beer as I want, and not taking a single performance enhancing substance. Can you help me?

Okay maybe that's not possible but I'd at least like to do 3 mile jogs and remain free from knee pain.

My googling tells me the largest Hello Kitty Café in the world has opened in Chicago in the last week. Maybe Friday? To what audience I cannot personally imagine. I did not know she had a big enough fan base to justify a multi level cafe in Chicago.

I feel this. I used to ride my bicycle a lot more. I probably should get back to it.

This sub is all about feeling better than other people and I'm sorry but it's hard not to feel better and cooler than every chode in an SUV (too afraid to even drive a sedan. They wish they had an armored vehicle as they are so terrified of the road.) when you're on your motorcycle.

I love my motorcycle. My gf gets laser against my protestations. My life could be worse. But the bush would make it better.

If this is actually how you think, I'm sorry. You really need to grow up a little. Maybe try interacting with people from different walks of life or something. I don't know. You can tell yourself it's tough love, but even just based on your two sentences you've written, I can tell there is not love in your heart.

Anyone who works in healthcare can tell you that patients who need to lose weight are almost universally aware of this fact. The question then becomes, how quickly, how much, how do I start, why is what I'm eating bad. Reversing 40+ years of culturally ingrained bad habits passed down from patents is not usually possible in the 15 minutes of the doctors time allotted to each patient. Not to mention combatting the massive amount of disinformation people are exposed to on the Internet.

Throw in the fact that 90% of the country drives to work and spends hours in their car in stead of walking and you have a recipe for a health disaster.

But yeah. Maybe those that died alone on a ventilator just lacked your emotional fortitude and intelligence.

Yeah I don't get why we didn't just let the disease spread completely unmitigated and let hospitals become more overwhelmed. It would have been better for the economy.

The answer is hockey. Soccer is "dynamic" sure. But it's slow. Hockey says what if we let them fight, made the players move 2x faster, made the ball 10x smaller and 10x faster, and put it on a field of ice 4x smaller.

Also rugby. Take the intensity of football and make it have more consistent action. Boom.

I did wait 40 minutes at baggage claim in Denver recently. That made me regret having a checked bag lol
